G15CS

Post by Greg May »

Hi there all,
I have a Matchless/Norton G15CS
Engine G15CS/107551
Frame 110033
G-box MA5976G
Just wondering how I make sure that it has all appropriate numbers.
Should be a 64-65?
Also what is with the Atlas reference?
It does have the twin carbs, that are full fuel bowl on one and about 1/3-1/2 fuel bowl on the other, and the C stamp on the head.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Greg May, New Zealand

Hi Greg, you need to talk with the Machine Dating officer - Roy Bellett on dating@jampot.com
For a small fee he will be able to give you full details on the bike and when it was produced from the factory records.
Details on the Dating service can be seen at : www.ajs-matchless.com/dating.asp

Alternatively, you can get a short form answer from http://dating.ajs-matchless.com for GBP 5.00

The Atlas reference is the fact that the G15 used the 750 engine from the Norton Atlas.
It's all just riding motorbikes
