Have you spoken to Steve at AMC Classic Spares? I realise that he is in the UK and you are in the US, but Steve has one of the best stocks of second hand parts and is incredibly proficient at international shipping. So perhaps an options if you can track the bits down more locally.

I would have thought you'd be better off ringing Waldridge Motors and asking Mike Partidge. He's got loads of stuff for these models.
