Rotor spacer G15 CSR

Post by unedo »

Hi
I cannot get hold of a rotor spacer part no 030251 for a 1967 G15CSR
Does any one know the thickness of this spacer so I could make one up
Thanks

I turned mine out of aluminium, but that was for a G12. I didn't have a sample so i just measured the distance required to centralize the rotor in the stator.I also made it a spool shape so there would be more bearing area against the rotor and sprocket.( I was being artistic)!!!

Thanks for that, I have not got the rotor yet but I guess that I will have to do it by centralizing the rotor in the stator. It all would have been so much easier if they had mounted the stator on the inner chaincase
cheers
