It is personal choice to chrome lots of parts, if you like it , then keep it, you can always change later, but I am sure it looks a good bike.

I am trying to get the engine back in the frame
however the cases are to wide for the bottom framelugs
I think it is 1/2 mm or 1mm so what is the easiest solution ?
make a SORT OF tool to spread the frame tubes a bit ?
this is the first time I deal with this problem

I am beginning to wonder about this thread, no photo of the bike, no personal details and profile says G85S owned but thread about a G80CS and now the engine has come out of the frame and does not fit back into the bottom frame lug?
