"Tilt upwards the right-hand side of rocker box and extract the two long pushrods. Lay these aside so they may be identified because, although identical in
design, they should not be interchanged."Text

I did not know that as per above which is written in the maintenance manual, i really do not remember which one fit where, what will be the consequences if they were interchanged.

The push rods are identical, they may wear/bed in differently, they will surely have the tappets set different, so if you slacken off the longest to the shortest , that will stop you tightening the rocker box down against spring preasure.
