Hallo AJS Group.

someone who knows about a company that is good at making a copy of AJS gas tank and in perfect quality? also what kind of Price are we talking about? I need one for my model S3, and I have a contact in the UK that have a tank to make the copy after. Thanks

Hi Michael, I had some tank repairs done recently and the guy there showed me a 1920s BSA flat tank he had made for a customer, using a very rusty and holed original tank as a model. It looked very good indeed. Cost would be several hundred pounds, but a new tank involves many hours of very skilled work. If you PM me with a picture and rough dimensions I can get you an approximate quote and you can take it from there. Cheers, Andy
