Post by stimpylawoo »

Hello,

I'm looking for a detailed drawing of the frame for an AJS M2 or R2 1929/1930 1000cc v twin, can anyone help me please. Plus any other in formation about these v twin models. Thank you very much

I am not aware of any detailed drawings of the 29/30 mod 2 frame. Just parts list pictures, that's about it.

Do you need the info to repair a frame?

There may be some information of use in the relevant Owners Manual or Spares List or Workshop Manual if you browse here:

re dave16mct

I've been unsuccessfully looking for a frame for a long time, so i am considering making a frame. Big job, I have my 1926 g2 which I can take measurements and calculate the obvious differences, ie top tube, seat mounting ext. But that's not to say there are other less obvious differences.
