P.P.S Forgot to mention that the above gears are only for the 350cc close-ratio gearbox from 1920 to 1929 - according to A.J.S 350 GEARBOX.doc in the documents section. Which does incorrectly calculate 2nd gear as being 1.88:1 when it is actually 1.23, plus the expanded workings are all upside-down!

This will find the link on the club website for the wd prewar ajandmatchless yahoo e group ( note that's AJ & not AJS in the group name ) You need to apply to join then be approved. ( yahoo T&C's ) I could activate the website to send an " invite to join " e mail to your e mail address. That will make it easier to join cutting out the approval process. But don't have your address. Prewar bike owners will buy parts they do not need, as it is better than money to get what they need. A lot of swapping, I've got what you want, I'll swap for what I want.
