Merry crimble to you all, project cammy is now under way.Can anyone suggest a quality expert who i could trust with my 500cc cammy engine rebuild?? I have spoken to a few people, but they are reluctant to take it on, due to it being pre-war. I am capable of doing it myself, but feel this engine deserves an expert eye.

Any recommendations would be great fully received.

If only i had one to be experienced with! They don't look too complicated compared to a bevel drive though, Have a go yourself!

Ken De Groome is a very experienced engineer on competition AMC engines, I'm sure he would undertake it .

Have a word with Sammy Miller. He has 2 lovely "cammy"AJSs that he has rebuilt. If nothing else a trip to his museum would be a good excuse to go and look at the machines and compare notes.Cheers Paul
