1966 Lightweight CSR Picture Wanted

Postby Martin.S » Wed May 15, 2019 8:27 am

I can't seem to find a good picture of a late CSR with the original Alloy mudguards - what did they look like? There's lots of pictures of ones with badly fitted guards - Can anyone help?
Cheers

Hi Martin, there is a photo in Roy Bacon's book AJS & Matchless book, page 197, I have added the photo below but it isn't that good.

Thanks.
I did manage to find some in the Clubs photo archive, for some reason I couldn't find them under "G2 CSR" but scrolled through all of the "CSR's"

The side panels are not a very good fit!
