Can anyone recommend a supplier of piston rings for a 1952 18s, they are for a Hepolite piston + 0.030 ?

Thanks for that, another quick question, should there be hardened caps on the valve stems? I'm sure I've read about them, but can't see them on the parts list

Not on a 52 model.

No, valve caps were not used after 1948.
