Enjoy every day, which is what we all need to do. I imagine it's not something that's understandable until one is in the situation.
Thanks for your company in the past and whatever future remains.
Best wishes

Re: I joined the AMOC just over two years ago purely by luck
Hi fellas, thank you so much for your supportive messages. It really is appreciated.
What I forgot to add was apart from reading all the banter between you lot (some has had me in hysterics sitting here!), is a big thank you for all the technical advice as well.
There must be a 1000 years of knowledge between you lot! If someone doesn't know, they will always know someone who does. Far better than reading a Haynes book (mind you, what isn't?!!)!!
What I like is there's still loads of grumpy old men fiddling in their sheds as they've always done. I spent most of my childhood watching my dad doing the very same things. He always had big projects on the go, from completely rebuilding a pre war car to stripping a pushbike. Let alone numerous motorbikes.
Lastly (for now) is to repeat what I said on numerous occasions, is what I noticed straight away. There's never been any clique on here, and no matter how daft a question is asked (by me normally!) everyone is so polite and helpful.
Long may it continue.
Andy

Gentlemen it is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you all that Andy has sadly passed away. The cancer accelerated much faster than anticipated. On the positive side Ken De Groome pulled out all the stops and got his 350 finished in time for him to see it up and running.
R.I.P Andy!

Picking up on his own positive attitude, at least Andy received support and encouragement on the Forum. Well done Ken de G.
It does put things in perspective, some of the daft things that we worry about really aren't so important.
