rocker arm stuck please help!

the barrel washer thing (pictured) doesn't move freely, when I tigten nut on front arm it's jammed. I can push the long washer back but it won't come out the front. how do I take the back bolt off the rocker arm? I assume it's a reverse thread? cheers.

p.s is the G80 head the same as the G3L?

The nut is not a left hand thread. If the rocker is tight when the nut is tightened, if there's no end play usually a light tap on the end will free it off. The G80 head is different to the 350 but the rocker box is the same.

thanks mate! I actually bloody got the long washer out by boiling rockerbox in water and oil, yes! it was full of grit! what do I lubricate the tube with sir, the whole essembaly?
