oil return

Hi, just put my M31 CSR back on road, noticed oil leaking from oil tank cap, when checking oil return, the oil sometimes comes out of the return pipe so fast it splashes against the tank neck and out the top, is there any reason for this. pipe diameter maybe? not sure if there is a standard pipe width for the return pipe.. My oil pipes have braded covers so cannot see them without removing the pipes. Annoying s the leaking oil goes down the outside of the tank and onto my swinging arm and rear exhaust

There should be a cork seal in the cap. Have you over-filled it? Only top the oil up after running for a few minutes.

Thanks Dave, may have overfilled, will try taking some out. Have put new cap on with cork seal in cap. Put a breather hole in as as well.
