Clutch plates

Just stripped the clutch down and the plates are alloy, I thought they were a bit light when I removed them, is this normal for the G80CS?

Certainly not. Stock plates are dimpled steel plates. i think alloy plates will be susceptible to warping. Barnett make perhaps?
