G80 head gasket?

G80 head gasket?
After a recent strip and rebuild, I am now finding oil on the top barrel fins. I believe it to be head gasket, but have ben told it is worn valve guides as there is no other way for the oil to reach the head gasket joint. Any ideas folk? Thanks

I believe the decompressor pivot can seep

Modern rocker box gaskets are rubbish too, they start weeping very soon after fitting and have almost become a service item to be replaced when changing the oil!
