Hi everyone, just wanted to find out what everyone is using to paint there barrels and any tips on doing so ,

Bead blast or wire brush barrel, then BBQ paint.

Spray with Hammerite smooth.

Sand blasted then Powdercoat. Done 8k and still looks new

Thoroughly wire brush . Clean with cillit bang rinse off with water. Allow to completely dry . Paint with halfords high temperature paint . 1 small tin lasts for ages.

Err...wire brush off worst, then dishwasher on pots and pans setting, then BBQ paint and pop it in the oven at medium heat for 30 minutes or until the wife comes home.
