It may be worth contacting Lloydhansa Ltd, I'm not sure if they sell the cups but are likely to know who does, they only appear to have a Facebook site not a web page.

Hi Dave, I’ve made a couple for my brass garden sprayer and used them back to back so it draws water as well as squirting. It gets some abuse with water and would probably last much longer in oil. I used boot leather!, soaked it really well over a wooden plug and pushed a tube over it . Then let it dry slowly on its own. When dry cut excess off and it’s still hanging on. I used the inside of the leather to the cylinder.

I made one for my 1924 Model B, not difficult.
Find the right leather, not too thick or thin.
Soak in water for 24 HOURS to make supple, get a piece of tube the correct diameter and fold the leather over the end of the pipe as tidily as possible and hold in place with a jubilee clip, leave to dry. Remove and trim up and hey presto. Just one thing, don't forget that it works the opposite way to a tyre pump so put the leather in the pump the right way round.

I roughed the finished side (outer) and used the unfinished side(inside) for the seal. It took ages to soak and felt slimy when ready to stretch / work with like a wash leather feels but thicker.
Also NOT today’s PU leather ……

The tongue from an old boot seems ideal they are fairly supple.
