Presumably that is some sort of GPS unit.
You'll want a permanently live feed so that it continues to work when browsing at the roadside with the engine stopped.
I'd keep it simple and run a pair of wires (one fused) directly from the battery to a waterproof socket fixed to the bike.

After a lot of thinking I ended up with this:
The TomTom is now connected to point 2 and a 4 in the ignition switch.
This means that the GPS is only connected when the ignition is on.
This works fine for me as a had the same setup in my G12 (with ign. switch and elec. ignition)
