1960 AJS 350 Lightweight with Telehydralic front forks.
I`m in the process of restoring a 350 Lightweight, and would be grateful for any advice on the best front fork oil weight and oil quantity/measurement for each fork leg.
Also, what is the best available spark plug, and number for this bike
Many thanks in advance.

Teledraulic forks - SAE 20
Spark plug KLG FE80, NGK B7ES, Champion N4C or OEO79.
All these items are in the manuals which surely you must have if you are attempting a restoration.

Many thanks for your speedy response. Yes I do have a service manual, but unfortunatley it does not tell me the quantity of oil for each fork leg ?
Thanks also for the spark plug number, as I don`t have a KLG cross reference.

http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/ for spark plug cross reference.
6.5 fluid ozs per leg if dry, 6 if just drained, they reckon 1/2 fluid oz. lurks within when drained.

i own a 61 350 and first time round i used 20 grade oil, it was like riding a jackhammer. i now use ATF (Itma will approve ) and the ride is great, soaks up the nasty potholes without any trouble.

And I though bikers we classless or should read without class.
