Always good to hear from you, wish I could have been there with you and Clint, or at least my wife would have liked to have met Clint, OK and you!! Having spoken to a few other factory workers from the time, believe that some odd engined P11s were despatched - ie RE engines, Velo engines etc etc. Clint thrashed his P11A around Brands Hatch against the wishes of his director during the film 'Where Eagles Dare'. However, he did give Ingrid Pitt a ride, both on the P11 and....................................

Hi
Now i think I have found the bike I initially was looking for, but lcs instead of lc.
It is a G3LCS from 1955, registered for road use. It will be nice for the G80CS 1968 to live with his older brother!

/Rune, created and in production 1948.

Lovely 'bike,I'm sure they will be very happy together! For anyone interested my 80 year old pal has one just like this, with "jampots" it has no lighting as it is for off-road use and also no V5...but it is immaculate ,especially with the all alloy competition motor.I don't wish to tread on the toes of the moderators......but this 'bike is available ,as the owner now struggles to kick it over.
Hard work never killed anyone.....but why take the risk?

Sold the HP2 and the 1200GSAdv
This is my my bikesetup. One MC for each mode. One cylinder = one bike.
The XT660 is really a very "old english" type of bike.
Happy!
