Cut out problem

I don't know any answer Tolly.
In my tank the lumps were so large there was no way I could fiddle them out through the filler.
I have removed great inch thick gobs of the stuff forming a perfect mould of the inside shape.
The stuff won't melt or burn and is a devil to break.
I am hoping its because who ever did it just poured the muck in and left it to set rather than swill it around.
If not its a worrying portent of things to come.

I believe Petseal do supply a chemical remover. They also now provide Petseal 'Ultra' which is tollerant of modern fuels. I'm hoping my Bantam tank holds up!
