if it is I would suspect that it is hiding a big lump of broken casting probably caused by damage to the casting by the rocker bolt that's above it, ie crossed, too long,too tight, all three and more. you takes your pick.
That's a new head needed.
not a problem in itself, as they are not rare.
I wouldn't describe it as "very smart" its tidy enough, need a lot of detail attention and as I said the number has probably been robbed from it by Mr T.
Its a 350,not rare, 500's are rarer and fetch a premium.
This bike's value is around 2k maybe £2250.
Then again you pays your money and weeps later.
