Matchless G5 Maroon tank paint ?

Hi,

My G5 restoration is getting to the stage where I have to make a choice on the tank colour,

I've searched the photo's and I'm really taken with the Maroon Tank against Black mudguards look but I'm unsure of the correct paint shade to get, should it be two pack etc, please can anybody help?

Go to the "Tech.Articles" menu item and select the option called "Main Directory".
On the left of the screen there is a search box - enter the word "colour" and you should see a few articles that may help.

I used a volkswagon colour Maroon rot. This was as close as i could find to the G50 tank.
