Just for clarity (& As Trefor stated) the parts list is the place to look for the answers here if your not sure!
I would point out that the 350 model lightweight had specific valve part numbers and head part numbers and differed to the 250 models in many ways.
It may well be that the heads would swap but the valve sizes would differ and so could hinder smooth running or damage the engine. The 350cc had bigger valve heads and I think possibly a bigger diameter exhaust pipe as a result
The valve lifter was fitted to the 350 and the 250cs models.
