Hi
I have just found this site that can provide the correct colour for your bike. just put in a few details and hey presto! the correct colour. I found the correct colour for my 1960 Mod 8 is Mediteranian Blue Candy yet the 1961 version is Blue(light sky blue shade), didn't even know there were two blue colours for that bike.

Very interesting. Apparently my bike would originally have been a rather unusual shade called "Black". Must have been a limited production run for a special occasion of some sort I guess

The trouble with the modern black colours is that they are not as black as they were 30 plus years ago.
