How do I assemble the bridge and the rear fork – A

I need some help to assemble the bridge and the rear fork on my AJS 18S (500cc) from 1954. I have new bushes for the rear fork, a new tube and spoke. But I don’t know how to put them together. Am I missing something else, ex washer or the like ? If so please tell me – quote size and part no. And please tell how to assemble the bridge and the rear fork. If you have a drawing of how to do it, you can fax it at +45 8689 0660.
