Wow 99 squids for a belt - think I would rather have a new pair of tyres!

One thing which occured to me after looking at the Matchless site, do they own the logos as well as the brand name? Could have implications as royalties may have to be paid on bike transfers, tank badges etc and tee shirts and other clothing showing the Matchless name and logos.

Could it be that our club tie and wallet infringe copyright?

This could also apply to AJS stuff being as the marque has been resurrected.

All the legal business was tied up years ago relating to logo's and trademarks.

I have looked on the AJS web site but no mention of gentlemen's ties nor wallets that I could find. Perhaps we could supply a few to them to sell if we have sufficient stock at Kettering.
