I have an opportunity to purchase a 1938 model x. However I am unsure of the value of these machines.The bike has had all the major parts restored i.e engine, paintwork,forks etc.It just needs wiring loom and re-assembleing to complete.Can anyone advise current market values!Thanks Stan.

Hi Stan, Bike values for a basket case are very iffy, how do you know it is all there? Has the work been properly done, etc, etc. Personally I dont think a bike as you describe is worth much at all. Cheers, Bob
