Suspension squeak

Hi

My G3Ls had had an annoying squeaking front suspension, which has been previously "repaired" any how it has returned, I suspect my cowboy concealed the noise temporarily, I have moved quite some miles from the repairer so going back is not an option really.

Has anyone experienced this issue and how was it resolved

I have just replied to the other post you duplicated, and then it was removed!
Again, if its the rear suspension and assuming they are Girling ( not jampots ) its probably the springs chafing on the damper shroud. You need to remove the damper from the the bike and dismantle. Then apply ample grease to the spring and inside the shroud. Onlyl work on one suspension unit at a time or the rear frame will collapse.

Hi

OP says it's the front but otherwise the advice would be my suggestion too.

Also check the three rubber sleeves are equidistantly spaced on the stanchions.
