Hi, should the rear loop of a 1953 frame (in this particular case on a Model 20 but may be on other models too) have the 2 little hooks for the air pump on the left or on the right?
Thanks, Bennie

If you are looking to weld some fittings on first get your pump
there are at least four lengths

And don't forget to squash the pump in before measuring so it clips into the the fixings and holds in when it lengthens again. I know it sound obvious, but sometimes the obvious gets forgotten.

Janet's tip 1. If you* have a problem with the pump bouncing and falling out ( or are concerned about it getting stolen easily ) put a jubilee clip round it right up the the springy end so it would need quite a bit of force for it to move down and unclip. Janet's tip 2. Always carry a screwdriver to fit so you can take off the pump when you need to.

*Collective 'you' not personal.
