My jampot suspension units require servicing (GLS 1954). Any recommendations please.

Hi Alan,

The club does a refurb service where you swap your old pair for a newly refurbed pair. It's a chunk of money but having shelled out for the parts and refurbed a set myself I'd certainly consider it next time.

I upgraded mine with a set of Ikon inserts, and there's a firm in uk who supply Brit made unit's. I'll look up info.

I did buy a pair of thess a few years ago but never used them I must have them somewhere

I can be quite lazy sometimes. I drop Jampot shocks into John Bolton at workshop 14, (advert in the back of the Jampot Mag).
John does a good fast job, sorts out any incorrect parts, has any special tools required somewhere on or under the work bench and does the work at a fair price. What more can you ask for?
