Maybe Rob never noticed I had not switched off from pre war to post war engines Roy. Which I forgot to do. Its not a problem with the post war era, bikes are all OHV with exhaust pipes in the heads, unlike pre war SV twins & some singles with pipes in barrels.G15 Roy wrote:Good job you mentioned the heads and not barrels.ajscomboman wrote:I'm assuming you're pulling apart to make a start on fitting the centre stand.
