1961 CSR - Rear suspension unit length and spring rate?

Hello
Is there any difference between the rear suspension units fitted on a 1961 G12 CSR and the same year touring model? I notice that the part numbers in the parts book are different; 024181 for the CSR and 024180 for the touring model. I think that the touring model units are 12.2" with 110 lb/in springs but I don't know if these can be fitted in place of the CSR type.? Can anyone advise?
