G15 CS and CSR: differences

Hi All, and greetings from Italy.
I am new here.
After restoring mine N15 and two P11 i am starting with the restoration of my 1967 G15CS.
I am usually restore all my bikes strictly stock.
So, i wish to know the differences between the type CS, CSR, MKII.
