ID plate

I have an ID plate for my 1955 G80S, I have stamped all the numbers on the plate.
I haven't found where to place it?
Any tips?

Hello. I assume the plate is necessary for the registration of your machine in your country, in the UK the only markings I ever knew were the frame numbers stamped into the frame itself. Here in France the requirement is a separate plate which I have seen riveted on the steering head or on the frame tube near the stamped in number so perhaps you need to ask your relevant authorities about it, countries, I am sure, will vary.
