Just had confirmation from Ikon in Australia:
"This shock, Part No. 76-1706 is still available but it is not a replacement for the whole Jampot shock absorber but rather an “insert” that goes inside the original damper body. The original mounts, spring & covers are then re-used”

Spot on Spriddler, these are the inserts I fitted in the g9 jampots, straight forward job. Mine came out lower price I see on your post, but it was 6 / 7 years back, so inflation and all that.
