It fits on a lug under the seat.

Dangling in that position, does it sound like a air horn.

I've moved mine from under the seat as the seat was touching it when I was sat on it. I've managed to squeeze it under the tank between the rocker covers. Just about clears. This also allowed me to move the regulator from the tool box to under the seat.
