It's just a depiction of the nut on T5 as opposed to the screws on the others - a sort of note to self that I need eye crimps there.

"my efforts may not look too neat" they're still neater than mine. There was no criticism intended at all! I've copied and saved Mick D diagram, by heck, he's thorough. And thanks for his helpful comment as well.
