Rear Wheel Washer/spacer dimensions.

I think I might have a wheel spacing problem - the nuts on the sprocket are catching on the chainguard.
I have the large and small spacers 043307 & 043286 but the two washer/spacers 043306 I haven't.
Would anyone have one to measure the thickness for me?-would be much appreciated.
