The Chairman is reading but unfortunately is confused, i have 2 sets of dates. I can't recall how i got the second set but the original proposal states 3rd-6th August and the second set of dates 4th-7th. I'll contact Albert in East Suffolk to see if he can clarify the situation.

I spoke to Albert before i posted this morning , we do not understand where you got 4th to 7th from. Bit late for us to change things now , everything is in place for 3rd to 6th.
