I have worked as a fitter welder and have a lovely roll of .032" mig wire , it looks great and works really well as a lock wire . Cheers .

Should have said .032" stainless steel mig wire .

good things lock wire pliers,drilled tiny holes through the tank brackets ,stainless wire,no probs

I continue to use the heavy grade plastic coated gardening wire which will just pass through the hole in the bolt (may shave a minute amount of plastic off the coating).

This almost black it's so dark green and at a push (away from home) if necessary can be re-used with care.

It's very robust stuff.
