Help please three things

As one who runs his bikes on cheap multigrade (Wilkinson £7.99 for 5 litres) I would suggest 15/40 is NOT suitable. It is designed for modern engines with much finer tolerances. Castrol specifically advised me not to use anything less than 20/50 and even then not one with magnatec (a friction reducer and clingy additive they put in).
