Oil pump function?

Post by Dsrdave »

Sorry for all the questions…. My 1925 E1 has an oil pump on the left side of the tank. I’m somewhat familiar with a constant loss oil system utilizing a metering pump. But, I don’t see a metering pump or valve in the line. How does this system work and how do I as a rider properly use it ?
Thank you, dave

I don't know your machine but if you're not aware of it, is page 12 in the Owners Manual in the archives of any help?

There may be more in the 'Workshop manuals' section in the 'Books' section here:
