My HD MT350 was too high for me. I bought shorter rear shock absorbers from Hagon and dropped the fork yokes on the stanchions. It made it very comfortable to ride. I did have to cut the same length from the side stand.

It looks great and it's very practical: Front disc brake, leccy start and good sized indicator lamps.
