Eamonn found it in the scrap box at HQ, and he doesn't know.

Could it be Norton Jubilee/Navigator? Looks like it when compared to a line drawing of the Jubilee engine in Bacon's Norton Twins book.

If Eamonn found it in a box with about 50 others the same at HQ Then they are very early twin we studied them for hours trawling through lists etc.Unfortunatly they are all the same side,however Michael may also be right with them being Norton they are very simular.
