Dan I can't hide anymore, I have intimate knowledge of that particular motorcycle. The whole rear bearing, axle and spacer set-up is custom made in stainless steel, by the bloke who built it. Nice work'n all, but it makes it nay on impossible to use a standard set-up for a speedo gearbox. I would say you'd be better off, either getting another wheel in standard trim, or just go the electronic route. Fit a bicycle speedo and calibrate to suit. Also modern scooter stores sell electronic alternatives. Just my opinion, there may be other alternatives as well, depending how skilled a craftsman you are.

Hi TommoT

Thanks for the reply, I was looking at it and I think you are right it would be a difficult job alright! I think the electronic route is the way to go. Thanks for the help..
