These taps were used on a number of different makes of machines of the era including BSA's and Triumph's. They'll be fine once you have your new corks fitted.

I've probably got the wrong petrol taps (Ewarts with round corks is all I recall); this doesn't seem to affect how the machine runs.
But the wheels still have the same taper roller bearings in as when I got the Matchless over 30 years and many tens of thousands of miles ago.

Nope, they are correct for a 1956 G80S (I have one too!)
