March - same again
April - Alvar's treasure hunt - won by Jack I believe.
Finchingfield - good runs , trouble in the car park and change of landlord made an interesting day.
Richard Cove's evening run and why it pays to check the pub opens on a monday!!!!!!!!!
Andys evening run was very interesting , over roads many of us didn't know existed only a few miles from the Horse & Groom.
May - Another good day at Henham , a smaller version of the steam rally later in the year but with a very good air display.
Evening meeting and Jim's evening run both at the H & G.
THE CHAIRMANS CHARITY RUN - Guess what - it rained and we all got very wet!!!!!!!
June - Brian & Peters evening run - Guess what it rained again so we just went to the pub -In cars!
The first camping weekend - 4 went and had a good time , hopefully others sections will attend next year.
The fish and chip run was cold but the food was good.
Peter Haddons evening run - we ended up in Felixstowe and Peter bought us all an ice cream.
Intersection meet at the Cross Keys Redgrave (camping venue) we nearly didn't make due to the headmasters mag packing up and we all stood beside the road outside Stowmarket for an hour.Then we left him too it.
July - 4 of us met to go to Maldon and ended up at the Battlesbridge show.It rained on the way home - what a suprise.
Evening runs and meets includiong the North Essex at Manningtree station buffet - keeping an eye out for the carpark attendant.
Jacks evening run disintergrated at the A12 , usual thing someone didn't drop off.
August
The Jampot- a mechanical disaster or just a wet muddy field. apart from Pete's coil , my speedo cable breaking and headlight falling out and Maurice's petrol tap leaking , it was a great weekend. the beer was good , food was alright and a good venue. Runs where interesting!
Run to The Mid Suffolk Light Railway was ---- WET, so only 4 went , don't think we will go back , they asked us , forgot we where going and then chrged us to go in.
Last evening run - home by trailer - valve seat moved!
Trip to Henham steam rally - good day out , great weather and much to see.
