In the factory records any modifications were given in a kind of shorthand. Some examples are:

AC81 = Air Cleaner 8:1 Pistons

BCTW = Black and Chrome tank and wheels

HLHC = High lift cam, high compression pistons

PoPa = Polished parts

TTRW = Two tone tank, red and white

In a recent search on a 1959 G12DL, under modifications, it gave W&C SLFR. SL is stop light (or possibly side lights) and FR is normally footrests. But I don't have a clue what W&C could be. Any ideas what W&C could be ?
